We are looking for a talented Sous chef to join our fabulous kitchen team. You will work closely with our Head Chef “Darren Velvick”, to serve the finest dishes. As an enthusiastic and passionate Sous Chef you will be key in ensuring the food offering evolves and continues to be better, you will help write the menus under the guidance of Darren and ultimately be responsible for the operational standards of the kitchen.
